Everyone who have ever organized a Regatta knows how tedious and what a heavy process is to produce Notice of Race (NoR) and Sailing Instructions (SI) documentations. It's simply boring and every time you change a little details in your regatta you need to keep tracks of changes among these documents and all other software used for scoring, publishing, registration etc.
As you are well aware, NoR and SI are crucial documents that outline the regatta’s regulations and when you manually write these documents you need to checks to ascertain that they do not conflict with the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) or the pertinent class regulations as well as that the proper language is used to describe anything without ambiguity and inconstancy.
